The latest global passport power ranking for 2020！
On 7th January 2020, “Henley & Partners” consulting firm released the latest global passport index rankings for 2020. Among them, the Japanese passport has topped the list for three consecutive years with 191 visa-free countries, becoming the world’s most travel-friendly passport. Singapore passport ranks 2nd, while German and South Korean passports are tied for 3rd.
Portuguese and Irish passports rank ahead of UK and US.
In the passport ranking list, Italy and Finland are tied for 5th, Spain, Luxembourg, Denmark are tied for 5th, followed by Sweden, France, Switzerland, Portugal, Netherlands, Ireland, and Austria defeated Britain and the United States with the advantage of one country.
Highlights of Malta and Cyprus
Among the ranking list, another country that stands out is undoubtedly Malta. This beautiful and small European country located in the Mediterranean ranks 9th in the world in terms of visa-free to 183 countries. Malta citizenship can be easily obtained through investment.
